Flowerite delivers flowers and gifts to most parts of South Africa. Delivery methods vary depending on the type of product ordered. Flowers that are for delivery in Northern Johannesburg, Sandton, Randburg, Midrand and surrounding areas are designed and delivered by our professional team of florists. Flower deliveries that are outside these areas are delivered by executing florists that have been selected by us. Flower & Gift deliveries in our delivery area are delivered using our own delivery vehicles and in other areas floral arrangements are delivered by the executing florist and hampers and gifts are delivered via courier.
If you place your flower order and payment is made before 12h00 (noon) Flowerite can deliver the same day. Specific times cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to meet your requests. Normal delivery times for florists are between 08h00 and 18h00 on weekdays and 08h00 and 14h00 on Saturdays.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.

During busy periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Secretary’s Day), the volume of gifts and flowers being delivered increases dramatically. We therefore ask you to place your orders well in advance so that we can plan and ensure that your gift is delivered on time.

Delivery to Businesses
Floral deliveries to hospitals must be in a vase. Hospitals do not accept bunches of flowers not in a container.

Some products which are delivered via courier can take up to 2 days for delivery, but this is stated in our delivery information when making your purchase. Delivery is not available on Sundays & Public holidays in South Africa.

This could be due to seasonal availability and designers interpretation. Stock availability – our designers reserve the right to substitute flowers, vases & accessories with an item of similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

If the recipient is not at home when we call to make the delivery, they will either:
1. Leave a note on the door, requesting that the recipient should contact them to arrange a convenient time when they may return, or
2. Deliver the arrangement to a neighbor, and leave a note advising, or
3. Leave the gift in a secure spot at the entrance for the home.
Please ensure that you provide as complete and detailed an address as possible. For home deliveries please include the apartment no., building name, street number, street name, suburb name and city name. A contact number for the recipient, so that we can contact them to confirm delivery details if needed.
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered.
